Our Service Guarantee We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Classy Nail Spa. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 12 hours after your service has been performed. Refunds All services are NO REFUND, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. In case of a disagreement, all corrective service must be validated by management. Any modifications by yourself or by others may be VOIDED.
Pricing
Service price may vary due to length, shaped, gel color and designs. Your technician is required to go over pricing and timing.
Right to Refuse Service
Classy Nail Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Return Policy We are happy to accept return any retail UNOPENED products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given credit will be issued. Due to sanification reasaon, all NUSKIN products are FINAL SALES. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you call us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 3 hours prior to the appointment. This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service.
No Shows / No call In order to respect the time of our staff, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject no show fee charge of 20% of the total amount due for services, and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge. Late
Please be courteous to your technician and other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for.
Children
Our Children's Menu is for children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children over the age of 10 are charged for full price services. If a Child under the age of 13 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed.

Classy Nail Spa accepts Cash, Visa, VEMMO, ZELLE or Master Card. Reservations
You may request a reservation on our website. Online Scheduling Your request will be scheduled based on Next availability or REQUEST Technician. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Classy Nail Spa. Gift Card Policy
• Gift cards are valid for up to 2 years from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.• Copies of gift Card are not acceptable.• Please call Classy Nail Spa concerning lost gift cards.• All gift cards are non-refundable.• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.• Gift cards are valid at Classy Nail Spa only for all products and services available. Privacy Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.
